Reservation conditions

  • After affirmation by Guesthouse Finca La Linda concerning the chosen date, the reservation will be handled.
  • After receiving the down payment the reservation is definitive and you will get a comfirmation.

 

Payment conditions

  • The advance payment of the reservation is 50% of the total costs, when you stay just 1 night it's 100% deposit.
  • The remaining part of the payment 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation conditions  

  • Cancellation as from 4 weeks for the day of arrival: 25% of the total costs.
  • Cancellation as from 2 weeks for the day of arrival: 50% of the total costs.
  • Cancellation as 2 weeks for or on the day of arrival: 100% of the total costs.
